No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

if any employee work with three moths he will get salary after 3 month if any one raise this issue they warn him and throttle him throw out of company with out giving full and finally forcefully they had also paid my full and final not aprox. 1lakh rupees.they are power full people but how can we get justify.

no salary was given on time,Always 03 months delay in pursing and warn to kill me if ill show my videos when i was in depression i have full details madhusudan solanki in MAXI HOSPITAL SAKET was my TREATING complaint in few days due to SVP was make records to blame i had written complaint office ghaziabad but nothing happened date i had not receive justice.i had written to respected help me to pay my salary every month, I BEG YOU PLEASE HELP this is is very shame act that after wriitten complaint not taken neither my money given taken back case back and aside to that they hay posted my video on all web portal that taken by,Aside to that i here by requested please give me full and final and till date SVP group need request and food to live.
