Don't join poor management & bad in salary calculations after serving complete 1 month notice period still deducted 10 days salary without any information. No one will revert you back as you left the organization.

Only thing to like is they follow 60% maharashtra govt. pay policies for permanent pay scale employees. They do not follow 100% pay scale of maharashtra govt. or else they will become defunct.

Worklife balance Nil, Salary, Not worth as per work,promotion chances are too low.

Worst local management, no one cares about your qualifications and responsibilities, whatever you are assigned to do, even if it’s not your responsibility, you have to do it in unreasonable time, and it becomes your responsibility from there onwards. You will be ordered by totally unprofessional and highly egotistic (any moments) by local Sr. Management members.

...They don't reveal all the rules and regulations until you join the organisation. Salary slab is as per their own rules not as per 7th pay commission. Contract is just for the sake they will do as they wish. They transfer to any department without any experience if they wish to.

For an academician at junior to mid level, NMIMS is good. Students are good, fellow peers are also skilled and knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Service security is zero, even the employees are performing good and as per the expectations. Expectations are inconsistent, it's not system centric, rather people centric. Loads of office politics among employees.
