Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The salary structure is good and will always get salary on time

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

The principal is very cunning and is Christian and wanted Christian teachers only. He always mislead non Christian teachers. He used to send the 9th and 10th class students to the junior classes and call all the teachers and asked them to praise him which is not at all acceptable. It is a very toxic environment there.

It is a very good school because school is student orientated and cares for students overall development.School also takes good care of teachers as well by giving timely increment and related perks.

Some people who destroy the school atmosphere and create and stressful situations and rules like principal should be severely punished.
