Terrible work culture, If there is no choice then come here without any hope.Oem desire fulfill here. But no oem perks get here. Company provide Sick leave, PL,CL but department not allow to take these leave, each year these leave added on.

... benefits for employee,its japanese company so each perks goes to japanese only.No increment on time always 5-6 months delay,No diwali bonus. Company is situated in village, approx 45 km no any city.In village no transportation system for city.

There is only one thing that fits into this criteria and that is Job Security. Other than that you won't find anything likeable here.

...ush limits of employees but never will change them for the welfare of employees. Every SV has issues regarding salary, increment and bonus. Department heads give excellent appraisal ratings in rotation to just there informants who would tell them shopfloor story updates and the shared room updates regularly. No policy of getting increments on time. They have got awesome excuses all the time. In the name of Bonus, they are not intersted to give any and if you discuss they blatantly tell that "you are getting salary on time, that's all you get. Do not hope for better." Location is so bad that resignations are happening every day and the whole year recruitment goes on. To your difficult questions,they say- "it has come from the management". Who is the management? I bet Management doest know that themselves. There is a biasness in the name of food.Services in canteen are totally diffrent for admin staff who come to lunch in G-shift as compared to what rotational shifts get in respective shifts. For getting a torn pant replaced while working in company you need PLANT DIRECTORS Signature. Still you want to join do not ask for hike less than 2 lakhs otherwise you will cry in your heart and won't be able to say it.Thats for sure. Monopoly of Japnese upper management and incumbent Indian upper management - you want to see that. You should join SUZUKI MOTORS GUJARAT.

Nothing much except bonus. Everyone is holding just for it. Otherwise resignation rate would be very high.

Dislikes

Everything. If you think for refreshments after your work, even then you'll dissatisfied as plant location is worse then ever, nothing seems good outside of the plant(food, people etc.) If you relocat to mehsana then you will be chewed out via traveling.

Safety culture is very best in this company, All work without safety is not happened. Every process rules and procedures decided. Without any training of member can not work.

No time for increment, not sure about bonus, not sure about management decisions, any time change .poor HR policy.
