Suzlon was one of the best learning Centre of all enginers. And learning about electrical, electronics, and mechanical. So suzlon good opportunity to given employees. 5s techniques. Suzlon first given to important for safety and environmental activities.

Suzlon good MNC company so I like suzlon. Low salary. Some site were lot of politics happen. Appraisal process good depend upon the site performance. but some site happen politics so due to they are given low feed back to manager.

I would like to share my experience with suzlon, for freshers it is a very good company after that you may got placed in good company with a better hike so initial learning is very good for freshers.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
