...cluding hr before joining HR and so called managers not standing there word. I would suggest not to join this company even if they offer you high salary all of sudden they denied to pay you salary plus all of sudden manager says due to business management team will did not make profit and we will not give salary also this company is not having work ethics we did not received payslips since from last 6 months and asked hr and managers to look into it but nobody is responding. This happed with my whole team. We all are regretting that why we choose this company . Also I have seen that all of sudden they asked to leave this company with not any prior notice just because of business loss and also they will not give you single ripped of compensates infact to we need to do lots of hards works to gets all documents from HR. I did not get my form 16 details from HR I asked many times and now they said it not generating and can’t able to provide you. Due that I faced lots of issue and nothing is resolved. My suggestion to Working professional if you wants to be at safe place and secure job please don’t join this company I have been working since from year and I have seen lots of things which are not working currently as expected and nobody taking responsibility.

Dislikes

I am giving my genuine feedback since they are running remote model so we are at position where we could not able to do anything and things are not going well. If company leaders not stand with there words then we employees can’t able to do anything and they have open rights to take any decision at any point without understanding background any employees. My humble request if you seen my all feedback then please don’t consider this company you will won’t regret it. I feel like this company is not having bright future. At any point of time they will close there shutters and drag you into any situations where you could never think of it. They have strategies to offered you high packages and later denied to paid you.
