If you are coming for IT don't came here , no HR policy is followed Manager do whatever he likes only punch In time is fixed no punch out time we have officially 9:45 am to 6:15 pm but we go at 9 pm everyday, we have alternative Saturdays off but we have to work all Saturday's

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
