Working culture was average. The Dean and CEO are well qualified with huge experience in academics. Corporate way of working. Management policies are absolutely poor. No SOPs at all.

Pathetic management. No planning. Sr authority thinks they are king and queen and staffs are their servants. Even recruitment process is horrible. Call at 9 and they don't attend you. Simply make you wait 4 no reason and no conclusion too. Ask for 1000 documents even b4 your selection confirmation. A big NO to any1 who wishes to look out 4 job here.
