Honestly, I wish there were more opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization. While I've learned so much from my colleagues and patients, I believe additional training programs or workshops would help me enhance my skills and contribute even more to the team.

Dislikes

A new employee starts his work without any training. Very poor management of training & development for employees. HR just don't analyse any skills while hiring a employee and just try to take you as low while giving package.

The only reason working here is companies name and co workers.

Worst managar ever surya had is ms. Vinita singh she is so irritating n annoying she has zero knowledge about the industry yet she behaves as she is the best, she has no sense of decisions making and have very rude attitude towards juniors. In her tenure of three months 4 employees resigned due her behaviour, also the new management and Hr priyanka tawade are also of no help as well.

It is located in heart of the city. Commuting is easy, nice work environment, growth potential with good policies of HR.

Dislikes

They should have retainer ship for their employees. Give then health benefits and focus on their well being.
