the work culture is very good the who work here they are like a family members they help each others specially when some one new in the system. about the skills development and career growth is excellent everyone in the system they think in a appropriate and positive manner to grow themselves with the company.

everyone at my team is good they are well knowledge about the things. only few people who may have less understanding of person they thing that everyone is same and accordingly they should behave, people are here to work not lesson bad words from them even they are seniors.They should know to whom and what they are talking whatkind of person he/she is.respect must be equal for everyone in the system and language must be in control.
