Company moves with its dictator attitude and monopoly of management. Work hours are also not easy, also they are not loyal in reference to salary. There is nothing I felt that goes in employees favour.....

My experience in Surgeped was most disappointing.Well firstly even though being a private company, it had the worst infrastructure, specially the whole place had a consistent stink of washroom and the washroom was so bad that no one could use it, even after several requests nothing was done about it. Plus the head of the company Abhay Dutta is a really arrogant and rude man. This made me leave the job in 10 days time and further I got to know 3-4 other employees too resigned due to the same reasons.

Disaster company Surgeped is a total disaster! HR Vidhi is selfish, clueless and with zero sense, and Abhay and Hitesh are completely incompetent. Instead of focusing on original work, they train employees to use AI tool ChatGpt for foreign assignments. The place is toxic, disorganized and a complete mess. Avoid at all costs!
