New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. i like about surendra composites is that there is an great opportunity to learning different things in technical field and there is a lab for testing the product its very big and very modern and high tech . that is the good thing about surendra composite. all machinery are very high-tech and advanced.

team management is very poor . there is no responsible person for any query and safety of worker is not good, maintenance of machine and equipment is also very poor at breakdown of machine. there i s no offer latter no joining latter and any other legal document not give by the company .
