One thing I like is I got chance to work on live projects all the time and also learned cutting edge technology working with global client.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good. But appraisal is fair enough. There is no any work pressure if you are working with good client project. Manager doesn't value individuals' strength. No onsite opportunities.

Likes

Warst company who have arrogant CEO, no job security, no training, no work life balance, no chance of growth and success career. If don't have options then and then join this company.

Dislikes

Arrogant CEO, no proper work hours, don't expect salary growth or compensation, CEO always find a way to cut your salary. 5 day working just for "5 day working company" tag label. You must have to spend 10 to 11 hours daily.

Likes

Good Learning of various technologies at fresher level, coding standard very well maintained, salary scale is good, got opportunity to communicate with clients.

Dislikes

Management and team leader always take their employees in pressure, management is not so good, work life culture is worst, you have to punch even if you get phon call for that you have to seat extra, salary growth is average, Work environment because of some people is not so good, they behave like a boss and if they behave as they all the world knowledge.

Policy are very bad they have the performance bonus they are measuring the employee performance the check Developer have written the blog gave any presentations when employee is on bench and they are willing to learn new technology they said do documentation on random project they force the employee to work more than 8.5 hours without any over time then how they expect to work extra hours for them but at the time of increment they will never give you the increasment as per you not even near about the expectation.

Worst management CEO don't allow HR & management to take decisions independently. Office environment is worst you will always under over pressure of deadlines with mental torcher of management without getting appreciated. Not enough projects. Also have to do OT compulsory without getting paid for it otherwise they will raise incident and it affects in your appraisal. Plz Don't come here to just spoil your tech stack. Currently no one is working happily here. No enough senior developers. Even every project managers are doing development by sitting till 9 pm. No seperate project managers. Nothing is managed like proper software company. Any time they will tell you to switch Technology. Lack of proper resource management skills
