...n an agreement in stamp paper & they will collect all your original mark sheets. I was promised that I shall be given salary after 3 months. Since I was in need of job, I joined but later I realised that I made a Big mistake. They don't have any projects no tools & no proper infrastructure too. They simply give training for 3 months & they just make you by heart the things so that you clear the client interview. Also for interview purpose they put more experience like 3+ years & send you to client discussion If you don't clear the client discussion, they scold you & threaten you, Since I surrendered the mark sheet, I had to no other way. With so much pressure I cleared the client interview & after I went to client premises there is no support at all. Also they won't pay you the salary for 1 month after going to the client. they simply say its monitoring period. once you came back from client they won't pay you the salary citing performance issues. if you try to leave they threaten you saying will spoil your career & say that if your need all the docs you need to pay 2.5 lakhs which you signed up the agreement for me the didn't gone anything. I lost completely my marksheets, my time & effort. After joining this company my health also got deteriorated with too much pressure to clear the client discussion. don't make the same mistake as I did friends. be careful about such companies. Supremology is not a good company.

1. Good company to work with as fresher and early Career 2. Lot of learnings and get support from experts 3. Usually gives Double digit hikes each year on time 4. Job security, will give you ample opportunity to prove your worth 5. They might will collect your Educational Certificates and there will be bond, but no worries you will get back after bond period gets over 6. Most important they value Your Loyalty and can extend any level of support to you

Everything is in dislike category about company 😞 rules are different for each person and company rules changes always as per there convince. One of my worst decision i have taken in my life.

Its a scam company.

No 1 scam company. Third class company. They will put fake experience. Send to client. They will do 2.6 year bond. 5 lakh fine. In the end they will play mind game to give experience letter. Sometime they will not give. Work is pathetic. You will go to depression. Owner is rude
