You can learn many things here. This company is very good for Beginners who want to achieve something great in future. I recommend if you are highly talented this company is not for you. As you get paid less here.

I am a part of top team & I have free hand in taking decisions w.r.t new project Issues etc.I have good opportunity to discuss with my Colleagues in UK & USA on various projects.

Dislikes

To much pressure on day to day activities. shortage of manpower.Top management does not value an individual strength. Still managing daily activities with subordinates. I do not have an opportunity to actually review with direct customer on new development feasiblity, which leads to seeing problems during launch & setting right is very expensive.
