The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

...d projects though not that big but you learn to multi-task the responsibilities. Though you never get your salary on time, management is irresponsible and take you for granted. Specially the 2nd boss is a rude you talks behind your back and targets specific employee and favors his favorite employee with extra benefits. All the company rules applies to all employees expect his favorite employee. Too much of politics played my the one who manages the company. This is the only reason the company is still where it is when it was started.

Dislikes

You never ever get your salary on time. Even though the fact that the scheduled date to give salary is next month after 25th. You ll never get it on time and the worst part is they pay you in check form and intentionally hand it over on the day when the long weekend time and bank holidays.The management would expect you to give your 110%, work on holidays but never give you any increment/bonus you owe.
