Salary is on time. Support when you want leave for genuine reasons. Colleagues are good. Its a 10 minutes drive from my home.

the company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. i love the fact that company offer good salary for fresher , another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collobration. I also like employee Re-hier policy here.

Nothing to like. You'll regret coming to this company. Very unprofessional people. They will do everything to make your life hell. HR is basically there to ruin your life. They will lay you off suddenly just to cut cost. If you resign they will treat you badly. In short coming here will be your worst decision of life. It's hell on earth.

I was Joined this organization last 2 months there is lot of pressure on generating Business and they work on Advance policy My manager is Just passing the things what management says there is no constant growth has to give on sales this month your target is 60 ton next month it may 120 no understanding on Targets. Management involvement is very less.
