The only good thing about this company is Salary

Dislikes

Initially the company was good, But now they have turned into Slave masters putting unrealistic deadlines. There is no work life balance.. No proper product fit in the market. No CTO. Product and tech teams are totally out of sync. Harassment and Bullying are normalised and the ones at top think that , they know everything and if you ask for help they will straight away consider you inefficient. If you call out their stupid decision, they will straight away fire you from the company. The office space is more toxic than you think and it stinks with bad policies, snooping, blame games and politics.

I started working in SuperShare as an intern in 2020, and I can genuinely say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Then welcome your ideas and let you participate in all product and market related meetings. They give you full ownership of whatever ideas and suggestions you may have. The best part working from office are the cool colleagues and pool table :p. They also take you for football, cricket and badminton matches once in a week. Both founder and co- founder Sagar and Advaith are extremely cooperative and will push you tot the utmost. I have joined them as a full time employee last July 2022 only.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
