Work life is very good don't have any workload entire week only 1 or 2 days in the week sat Sunday off

Dislikes

As a design engineer there is not much to learn if yo are youth you're skills development will be limited monotorus job and also less salary office location is in kurla which is horrible location if you're from western line

Good clear paths for professional development. Regular work development and training session. Remote work and flexible shifts hours and friendly understanding managers and management.

Nothing to dislike the work culture is good and all are professional and helpful

Working with Suntuity Renewables is really commendable, All Team leaders and HR, Managers are so supportive and knowledgeable, it's great to not only have connections with them but also work on regular basis, learning a lot !
