I really like everything about Suntec. I am working here since 1 year and I did not feel the need to change my job.

...ance , no career growth. Inner politics is very high. Manager is not supporting. Salary is very less and work load is very high. They change the shift timings without any prior notice. Leave system is very bad. An employee can't take leave if he/she is unwell. Leave policy is only formality there.

I only like there is that fix salary date 7th of every month. There is totally wastage of skills and valuable time

Inflation is so high, and the salary is less it’s been more than a year now but it has been increased by ₹1000/- and in that also i get ₹800/-

Some people are friendly but TL and other seniors are taking under pressure all the employee.

...e will not join any male in his team and vice versa, there is a lot of politics. HR apko Noida office k lie bolkar hire krnge kyuki wha salary 13k,15k de jati hai or Delhi ka scale min. 18k hai, they will make completely foolish to people, and 2-3 bar trial k liye bulaynge, pta nhi kha se aate hai aise log

...cervical problems and they sent me on unpaid leave saying that it was of no use. Or this message started circulating in the Skype group of every seniors that by targeting high salary people, I came to know that these people are targeting high salary people. Then suddenly one day I got a call saying that the work, has been done but there is a condition that you have to reduce your salary by 10000 or I denied, then pressure started coming from HR to resign. Finally I resigned.
