I only like about the company is they give the Salary on time. My team was the best.

1.There are many things which an employee has to suffer here. Firstly there is no Job security here, its been 5 years the company has started but they are not yet well structured and they keep on changing the process. 2. A lot of internal Politics inside. 3. No work ethics and professionalism. 4. They can fire you anytime as its a seasonal business. 5. Very very poor incentive structure for sales guys. 6. Unrealistic sales target which cannot be achievable. 7. During their peak season no leaves and of you don't achieve your target you need to extend your shift with no additional benefit.

Without any notice period they said just leave the job. There will be no info about salary. Seniors will Continuesly say you will get yur salary but still after 2 months I hvnt received my 2 month salary. Worst company ever

I personally feel job security is an issue, work pressure is high, moreover, they tie up with institutions which are far away from city and internet connectivity is a challange, this leads to slowing down of work

Recruitment Vs working position.you are forced to work in down profiles . Your skills and expertise are never used. People blame downline for their faulty strategies. People share you links and force to join meetings within 1/2 minuites.even if you are driving.
