... in touch with company and they approached me couple of occasion for re-joining. During Covid19 Pandemic my former employer who is one of the topmost retail company in india and who laid off maximum employees by forcing them to resign from jobs or offering less than 50% salary. In such situation i just messaged to MD for job and he confirmed me for job role after conducting necessary interview and I re-joined. Likes: 1. Like all companies most of the staff is supportive and caring 2. Special health insurance to employees, No cut in salary, good cafeteria and evening snack are provided. Office infrastructure is good. 3. Company is technology savvy, the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. 4. Apart from current job profile, you will be given chance to learn other areas too. Therefore, exposure in different areas fields also possible. 5. Company offering good compensation to Managerial designation. You need to perform more than expectation. On job training is not available for Managerial level employees. 6. You cannot fool management for long time with office politics.

Dislikes

1. Late sitting and 6 days working is major concern. Working hours are extended till 10 to 11 hours during season because of seasonal nature of business. 2. Work life balance is average because of extended working hours 3. Like all companies, office politics is there. 10% of staff who never comes to help if you stuck anywhere in performing task.

... responsibility given by the management an employee should abide by the same. As far as the compensation is concerned the company is good pay master and also the increments are given according to your competency. If there is delay in the increment the company also gives the arrears with interest which is very unique.

All Saturdays working. At least second and fourth Saturday should be given off.

All mention review against this organization are fake. Please do not join the organisation on the basis of review. If you are going to join this organization then in short you are going to destroy your career. The managing director of the organization is simply a nightmare who came in office at 4 pm and stay up to 12 am and also force the employee to stay with him in office. He is very short temped and shouted and used abused language even on small mistake. No work life balance is possible in this firm. Among 10 new joined employee 8 will leave organization within 2 month from their joining date. One most important thing is there is no HR policy in organization. The policy shared with you at the time of joining is just the showcase to maintain the record. Even the HR department also unaware about the HR policy. All the things was done is not as per policy but as per directors and his few close buddies order. Team Member are good and very helpful but the lead is not so good. There is lots of politics in the organization. Organization is not employee friendly and you will fired anytime from organisation without any notice. Your employment is simply depended on mood of managing director and the lead person.

Very good company with good facilities for employees. They understand the concern and act on them. We get opportunity t enhance skills. Management is approachable.

My Name is Sneha Pawar. I have recently joined this organization. The management cares for their staff. e.g. In this covid situation not a single staff is travelling in public vehicle. company has arranged private car for the pick and drop. Every day healthy snack is cooked in the office pantry so that staff should not leave office empty stomach. MD and Chairman sir are like family and you are free to share your suggetions
