No job security, salary groth poor, unprofessional back office staff . Monopoly environment. If you want to be a part of this group then u need nothing except having a big very big toung.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing.l I am not like about sunny Toyota staff ....but my MD Sir Shivam Sahu Sir is best and he is best person in sunny Toyota he is like as a good wisher ....Some people in company. Some people have made the company a garbage, in which no one respects anyone, there are some big officers who have spoiled the whole environment.

Dislikes

Nothing some people supportive staff and some people is not supportive staff. There are some people who only know how to get their work done, then pretend like they don't even know you.

Give chance to improve there employee, till are not well trained..
