Company is downgrading day by day due to immature promoters and top magt. No sudden pay cuts by top mgt. Selective increment . No single policy . Dominance of union. Drastic salary cut without notice on middle and junior management . Engineer is treated like contractual. No training to them. You cant give your ideas in meeting , senior mgt might feel unhappy. One directional meeting , they will tell what they want , will not listen problems of junior. Main problem is that top mgt has no mission and vision. Just want to spend time making good money .
