Work life balance , management is so supportive. A company who have values and CEO who is not a boss who is a leader who always support and encourage his employees.

Not dislike but as it's a medium leval company so there is limitations of learning for 0-2 year exp. Person

They are not supportive in this crucial time, stopped increment since feb, they are doing partiality in increment and not deposit salary on time.and about job security do a mistake once and get ready to in the PIP period, work culture is good , management is worst, and policy is change according person to person.

Not getting increment, and do work like u have so much experience in particular field even if you are fresher .
