Work distribution in Team is not good.More non value added activities. Roles and responsibilities is not defined properly. inexperienced members are given high positions.Admin Team is less employee freindly.

I like here the senior staff who work with us as they teach as very calmly and smartly that's why I like to work here.

I dislike their working of time as they call us any time they don't thought about our time whenever they have work they call us for that. they don't have any proper work slot.

The work life balance. Culture in Bangalore is good.

Dislikes

The management is clueless. There is no Strategy. Goals aren't defined clearly. It doesn't percolate to the ground staff. Many information is concealed. There is tremendous politics particularly in Delhi office. Don't approve of the leadership.
