Promotion and staff facilities are póor. There is no yearly bonus,bus facilities and like wise. But I have only one year experience,so how could I put my thoughts corectly,it is just a problem.

Nothing is there to like in Belgaon UG coal mines.

Working culture is very bad,salary is very less.No any hostel facilities.Canteen is Very poor and dirty.There no any sanitation facilities.mine campus is full of dust.No job security and no any insurance policy as we are working in dangerous job.
