I hardly remember any like about this organization.

...nvironment is strict and salary or bonuses(hike) we need to ask again and again. Lastly salary deduction without any reason.

Rude behaviour of manager , very worst environment, salary is low , cutting money every wrong step 60rs , very bad experience at this company

Rude behaviour of manger at suma center 2nd floor 8-5am manager behaviour is very rude he never respect about employees , worst company don't go for walkin nd don't do job at here no any extra allowance no Holidays very worst experience

... bad experience. I left company in very short time. Fraud work was going there. Employee who is not working there that employee ID was still active and they are taking salary of that employee from the client and giving less salary to new comers

Its very pathetic experiance with company..in terms of HR.operations and policys..they not at all pay salaries on time..they dont have medicines at office..they simple follow like mathbhed type..and i strogly not reccoment any one to join to suma..better not work with this pathetic company

Trust me it not the perfect place to start your career. Least salary as compare to market rates. No work life balance, no supportive culture. The only policy is 'divide and rule' and 'carrot and stick'. No benefits of working. However, they can give you so called promotion but that is too waiting after long time. Higher management is good but middle management is worst.
