There are some verticals of projects according to locations, but I was working for classic vertical , i was the top performer in customer lineups and schedule the meetings , but iam totally disappointed with the closing team of classic, they don't have how to speak and how to behave , unprofessional, even not professional while attending the face to face to client, and they only speak nicely with specific people' s otherwise don't have manners to talk specifically there are some 2 female closing managers from classic team as they are too old in this company so they thought that company is there own , they are the owner of that company and they have some supporters also . I often got disrespect from them , but never mentioned, because no one will take action against them.

No delays in the salary, Salary is on every 15th of the month which is on time compared to any other developers. In the market, Good people to work with still at the learning stage but it’s nothing which cannot be manageable.

Strict timing even if you are late by a min you will be marked half day

Nothing, most worst decision of joing this company... Honest people in this company is Equivalent to nil including the top most management.

They dont have a vision they take people and they remove them...they can't make anyone's career ...within 2 months I just feel you are an outsider if you don't know marathi fluently..it's quite difficult to get in such environment

Their fake Commitments. No one cares about their employees, they terminate people like you were not even needed in the first place and even after performing well. Then why recruit people and waste their time and play with their career. Mass firing from all different sites without prior intimation and without a justified reason.

THEY DO NOT EMPLOY MUSLIMS NOR DO THEY SELL FLATS TO MUSLIMS WORST ORGANIZATION IN 2025 THEY HAVE THIS POLICY NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR PROFILE IS THEY DO NOT HIRE MUSLIMS AND I WAS IGNORED AND REJECTED FOR THIS VERY REASON
