Didn't like working there toxic working environment, salary not given on time

If you work in sugar and spice, you are working in a worst working environment, forget about salary it's on hold for 3 month and no support from senior or management level. Opretion person doesn't have any knowledge of how to talk with other person. Illiterate, idiot are working in sugar and spice.

There is no, Payroll and Performance Management System, Salary is getting disburse in Cash. No organization culture or Hierarchy. Best place for those who wish to spent complete life with owner. No dedicated training.

Nothing is there because the company has no policy for employee any one can terminate at any time .

You can not give your 100 % where you know that you can fire at anytime ..Company has no HR policy , in may 1 years never get salary on time , everytime you should ask for salary ..Guys do not work in this company

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
