Favouritism main agenda,How much capable and hard working u r doesnt matter, Selected 3 or 4 people are priority rest god knows,Planning and Reporting part Zero,No conceptual way of monitoring,Anyone can be given any work,Reference people especially from company side are fully supported,If you r doing right work then you r in trouble.because you r not allowed to work good because what will happen to the people who r kept with reference from Management side and hiw to sustaine them and raise them up,U will be tortured very silently and the only option that will be left for u is to resign,No one will listen you,its only 8 months i joined, my probation got confirmed but i was left with option of resigning that too 20 days after confirmation.I reported the mis management issue but no one heard,This is the real picture of Lucknow management,I personally saw a good future for me here,reason being i saw the IQ of managers,This much dirty politics, management where i am working said me good going but i was not given any work,what higher management decided accept the resignation and let go no one asked or think why a employee left immediately after confirmation inspite of the fact that people r struggling to get On role

Good work environment and office culture. Management is changeable sometimes you like a boss. At here have relaxation and to chance to give your company your positive thinking.

Dislikes

Company policy hasn't regarding job. But salary hike and bonus not given every year.

The Regional manager promotes bossism. The salary structure is less than any other road side company etc. Forget about increment. If you are best of sucking then you will get promotion soon. Because i saw a person who has zero knowledge but always buttering and oiling the Top bosses and get promotion and a good salary hike. But we have no opportunity to get a good salary with our own hardwork.

Dislikes

The bosses thought the contractor employees are labour. They have no personal life and have nothing. They born to serve the company till their last breath

Too much politics Office partiality No career growth Appraisal and benefits are based on person not work performance Salary packages are underpay Worst management No exposure even work hard

Cannot expect any promotions /designation change. Manager will never recommend for promotion or good salary hike. Senior level managers keep growing. Recognition of performance is rare.

Dislikes

As above. Reporting manager will not have knowledge of subject and will be interested only in result. Performance assessment is poor because of lack of subject expertise. Manager will be biased for certain employees.
