...Appraisal - Company is not promoting the deserving candidate since last 2 years. Promotion without increase in pay is common here. No appraisal no appreciation is here. 3. Salary and Hike - Package is below industry pay, co-founders accept it but says company is not in good condition to pay any amount right now. no appreciation money for anything 4.Skill Development - Monotonous work in each department. There are no good seniors in any team who can lead you and help you to learn. 5. Work satisfaction - everyone is living with a afraid of job loss, no identification in this company. 6. Company culture - there are three things to say about company culture. i) They promotes only relatives, relatives can get 3 promotion in a year. ii) Favouritism - If you are favourite to your manager you will automatic got good hike promotion etc. iii) Nepotism is on the high here. No clear vision of co-founders and founders, this is the worst company to work. If you want stress in your life and insecurities about job please go for this company.

Excellent work culture with flexible work timing with no undue work pressure. Unlimited leaves for those having reasonable cause and no pay cutting for the leaves taken. Supportive team and motivating team and managers.

...basis. AVP Hr is very unprofessional and rude in their behaviour with employees. Only dry promotion are given here without salary hike. Also for gaining promotions you have to do jee hazuri
