Company culture is good..and top management understand basic needs of their employees. Work-life balance is good here. Top management are supportive in nature .

HR policies are not permanent, they change their policies frequently as per situation.

Great organization beause it undestand the importance of Employee and its familiy members. For this reason it has incorporated new policies which inclues Mediclaim and Sudisa Siksha Jyoti Abhiyan which Very few of the organization have in their policies.

Fooding facility is not available but very soon planning to have one
