They ignor knowledgeable and trained engineer....After 9 year long experience engineer salary still 16000 in hand .....TA ..DA NOT CLEAR TIME TO TIME........ Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strength
