My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Pathetic work culture and worst management ever.... and And Mr. Jasmeet Singh who is in the management of Study IQ. He is a completely rubbish person. He decides who will work here and who will not work here and immediately he fires anyone. Job security here is negligible. There is a lot of partiality in the work culture here. They support only those people who flatter them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

Job security is not there even if you are working day in and day out for them. Change the location for few processes from gurgaon to lucknow when there is no need and forcing people to left the company or relocate to lucknow all of a sudden.As Director saurabh Aggarwal belongs to lucknow and he manipulate the company to shift the process under him to lucknow

Some Managers are helpful.

Dislikes

Disappointed with work culture as there is no fixed time.... Managers distrub anytime in the day or night .no work life balance. Always push you to give extra time and despite of giving full dedication,you will not recieve any appreciation.
