Main reason - HR gets involved in everything, She knows how to manipulate you, No use of project managers, anything personal, You guys need to inform HR. Your qualification doesn’t count here. All they do is documentation and drafting. Taking future into account, the scope of work what they do, does helps you out in future. Company is meant for micromanagement, All your moments vl be tracked here from office boy till Director. No benefits are provided, only few are not questioned in work place and others are. Many better firms are there where you can enhance your skills and can expect better benefits.

Great experience with Senior Architects, No work Pressure, Superb Work life Balance.. Managers identifying the team members' unique skills.

Less local projects and sometimes extra hours work but I guess it's very casual in all Architects office. Comparatively less benefits

One of the worst company to work,a donkey has more freedom. Krishna who heading the company is fit to be a security. He doesn't stick to his words, never suggest this company n ruin someones personal n professional life

Job security is not at all there. Only he wants to make money out of employees earning s. No overtime payment, no extra benefits, just work like a donkey
