Have to work on every weekends, task are designed in such a way. They'll reduce your salary whenever they want by saying you are underperformer. Or wont convert you fulltime from probation unless they want so. There is no team work, have to work alone on new features end-to-end. 10-14 hrs of daily work, you wont have time for yourself. Can ask anytime to switch from wfh to office.
