My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No job security Horrible support Just laid off everyone one day and told you will put on bench with out salary to avoid paying severe. Pathetic leadership They had plenty of chances to let us know what was coming but hid that and laid off 90%people out of blue.

Work live balance is very tough Salary they will not provide you even if iou gave worked there which I faced. Job is totally unsecured. Company culture is worst . They will take 4 rounds interview excluding background verification prior date of joining. Post joining after 20 days they will tell mu client need 3.5 years ox experience and will revoke the offer letter which I faced . This organization will play with the career of person due to this organization and gap period I couldn't able to get ant opportunity and enhanced my skills . This is the worst organization I have ever seen . I request you never join this organization . Here senior management name is soni , varshini on-boarding HR , senthil .. etc . All are the people who played someone career .

Worst company have laid off 200 employees, please don't join this fraud company, asked 2 lakhs amount for relieving letter , they don't have projects,some people didn't get releiving as well , this is like terrorist company with bad policy and rules

Worest organization ever Ruined 200 employees career Without prior notice stopped salries - telling we dont have clients Hired different technology people now we are not able to get jobs without having relative experience in Salesforce No hands on experience

I joined stratos in Feb for Career acceleration program and now without any prior notice in Oct 3 they have stop salary of almost 200 employees and asking forcefully resign as they don't have any client.
