Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Concerned about the toxic work culture and lack of job security. Favouritism and unfair treatment seems to be prevalent,with certain individuals receiving undeserved privilege.The double standard is alarming,where some are held to a different level of accountability.the management's behaviour, particularly the CEO's,is unacceptable. Yelling at employee while socializing with others on weekends create a hostile work environment.

The company is well support to employees in any conditions. i have struggle in many times any work pressure but my MD and coli-gs are best supporting to me and they all are sharing in happiness and critical conditions like it is "Family".......
