Job security is something that u can count on. Salary u will get on time, apart from salary u will get meal card as well. Also u will have Diwali gift card.

Compensation is less when compared to market standards.it is impossible to get into next level with in 5 years after ur confirmation. Though sales pressure is less when compared to market peers, we can’t expect to get good grades during yearly review.

Compensation is decent but u have to work really really hard. One or more teammates are good but no personal support.

Office timings are very bad........you will be asked to come at 9:00 but no fixed time for leaving from office, most often you'll be leaving at 8:00 PM. Work culture is not satisfactory.....juniors are unnecessarily pressurized.Growth is minimum. They are still working in the traditional way through more paper work which is very time consuming and reluctant to shift on digital work. Their demat accounts are still opening through a 35 pages booklet which takes 2-3 days for processing which makes them difficult to compete with other companies who are opening the same within minutes through online processing.

There's so much to learn and once you get the hang of work, it's not all that difficult. Best part is job security.

Salary doesn't align with work load. And career growth is slow. Working here means catching upto rigorous targets.

Company provide a good salary and above that a meal pass and other benefits for its employees. And head office staff are mostly helpful

Branch manager i had was a bit rude to every employee in the branch. Other than that company could make improvements in their customer services by concerning the competitive companies which makes it a bit tough for marketing. We can do our job better if our company updates their policies in customer service options. Yet company use old marketing techniques and policies which does not attract new customers yet makes our job a little tough. That's all.
