In my basis my company giving good freedom and my senior officers and my co workers are very good communication and my company give to good atmosphier for working site and safety

Dislikes

Some workers are not good they are looking for only salary not for company profit. Team leaders are not good they are not knowledge about the work. not all team leader two three guys are good and we don't, want to much clerks in all department some guys are working please check this they are not eligible for that post

Likes

Salary on time. All public holidays can be taken in other days. Once in a 2 week, Saturday off. 9 and half hour job. Company transportation and house allowance provided.

Dislikes

No salary increment. Only favorites get good increment. Too many europeans in the company and their politics. No change in designation as the higher posts are only for europeans. Discrimination between asians and Europeans. All good facilities only for Europeans.

...ompany. Management is a very good GM, Works manager I am really happy with them. Company policies are also good, insurance, salary before the time even camps are also good.

I learned too many things. Stevin rock is a university.

Good care in camp and security.visiters not aliwed in camp.salary payment through sent toth NRI account.

Have some bad behavior from some officials.No value for hard work and hard workers. Promotions go to relatives of some officials.

An excellent work environment with lots of opportunities to learn and adapt to new work techniques. Supportive management and recognized leaders.

Dislikes

The work-appreciation balance needs improvement. Non-Recognizing talent and dependencies make it quite hard to work with a heart after some period.
