I am currently working and thinking to resign.

1. They don't communicate anything in advance and in mid of the month came up with the reduced salary structure due to company's current situation. 2. I have been working hard and gracefully completing all my deliverables since past 4 months but I have been put in PIP based on last year's rating which I got 3.4 initially but the company normalized it to 2 wtihout giving any valid reasons and just saying it is company policy hence i have got no appraisals. 3. They ask you to work for more than 10 hours and even on saturdays and sundays.

Good Company for Telecom Domain, Management have good contacts in politics and telecom companies upper management so, getting projects

Dislikes

No Salary Standardization, No promotions, No career growth, If you are older employee then no chances to get opportunity to grow and promotions, company only say about career growth and path but in reality they do not care about it.

Salary on time , work from home

Dislikes

They don't have even project for their resources. Even 70 percentage of resources are currently on bench more than 6 months. Now they are going to release them after waste their time 😕

Salary hikes and Promotions are not proper. Lot of favouritism and lobbing is involved. Only selected ones closer to bosses are promoted and given good hikes.

Fortress culture of AHMEDABAD PEOPLE. No exposure to latest tech. Appraisals are single digit Service based company culture… a knife hanging over u always. No knowledge sharing. No allowances given for shift. No allowance given for transport. No care of employees.
