Company not considering about knowledge with salary. .. Poor knowledge guy's getting heavy salary and the other end a knowledgeable guy's not getting that much of amount.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafateria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years defore which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiners.

No Salary Standardization, No promotions, No career growth, If you are older employee then no chances to get opportunity to grow and promotions, company only say about career growth and path but in reality they do not care about it.

Culture is good. Company thinks about the overall growth of an employee. Superiors are very supportive.

Dislikes

HR doesn`t think about the actual honest candidate (newcomers) as salary hikes are not given as per the company policies. Only think about the lowest hike, not up to the desired hike.
