I am currently working and thinking to resign.

Dislikes

1. They don't communicate anything in advance and in mid of the month came up with the reduced salary structure due to company's current situation. 2. I have been working hard and gracefully completing all my deliverables since past 4 months but I have been put in PIP based on last year's rating which I got 3.4 initially but the company normalized it to 2 wtihout giving any valid reasons and just saying it is company policy hence i have got no appraisals. 3. They ask you to work for more than 10 hours and even on saturdays and sundays.

There is nothing to like about this company. Most horrible experience I have got here due to which it seems like a nightmare to work in this type of companies. In the name of training they will literally switch your domains after every two months and will take your evaluation on monthly basis despite your hardwork and efforts. No matter whether the evaluation is good or bad its pre-decided to move you to PIP(Performance Improvement Program) and in that you will be provided with a usecase which in my case was Full stack development along with deployment for which the time durations was 3 weeks. Even after completing the whole usecase within 3 weeks they wont even look at your usecase and hardwork and will terminate you by saying your performance was not good.

Dislikes

Nothing to like about this company. They pay you high salary just for ruining your initial career. So, just don't get attracted by the salary. They want us to work for more than 15 hours including saturday and sunday. Pure mental harrasment was being done in this company.

Worst Management. Poor company culture and internal politics. No opportunities for skill development. This place is a nightmare for every fresher. They hired freshers in bulk amount and terminate them in 3 months from joining.

Salary was good no doubt.

Dislikes

This is a fraud company. They delayed joining 6 months and then after 3 months they laid off the whole batch of 120 people. They didn't even clear the full settlement. Global HR told everyone pathetic on the date of joining. HR admin is a bad person. He gave wrong approach to many of the women who worked over there.

Company has given a chance to B.Sc/M.Sc young students on the shop floor/office.

Dislikes

...of the research/process identification operators do , but they don't get credit. No any compensation when operator has insisted to leave the job. Operator should get compensation , as he gives his youth to the company.
