- Had superb managers over the years. - Group Medical Coverage is good. - The product that I worked in had almost all the concepts of Java applied to it. If you can think of a chapter, a topic, you'll find practical application of that in the application. Was really a learning experience working here.

Dislikes

- Poor Salary, if you are a long term employee. - Increments are just for show, they are predetermined (4%-9%) - Terrible HR policies.

Good Company for Telecom Domain, Management have good contacts in politics and telecom companies upper management so, getting projects

Dislikes

No Salary Standardization, No promotions, No career growth, If you are older employee then no chances to get opportunity to grow and promotions, company only say about career growth and path but in reality they do not care about it.

Work culture and technology wise good company but in terms of providing the compensation and other employee benefits are poor

Salary, appraisal, Promotion Policies. no extra activities was happens apart from work. like team outing, gymnasium etc, cafeteria is also not good.

... Career growth depends upon which team you are joining and your personal effort. Salary is good for the Ahmedabad Location, poor compare to Pune/Banglore/Mumbai. Work life balance is very good till new processes will be implemented. Travel policy are good but only few people get benefits of it. No recognition for extra effort and achievements.

Salary hike is good in present condition of Telecom Market. Teammates are rude as most of them are from Gujarat state and they usually don't like people joining Ahmedabad location from other states. A lot of discrimination on the basis of looks, state which you belong to, your dressing, your habits. People have a lot of time to peep into your personal business rather than keeping things simple and work related. Most of the employees belong to Gujarat who don't have any desires to move out and explore and just need a comfort zone hence when a new team mate from other state joins in, they all would not even try to interact with you rather they will make distance from you. People working here from same state are arrogant in nature specially when they are your bosses. They will try their level best to demotivate you and will be very concerned if you have joined on a good hike and are holding a smart package. Don't recommend to work here if you are not a Gujarati.
