The organisation expects to keep paying from pocket for everything including train, hotel, food, award application. And then they make one beg to claim their money. After lot of following up no response comes. The organisation is highly unstable where nothing is clear on what they are trying to achieve. There is zero appreciation for efforts and work. Endlessly long meetings are held where they will not even listen to your point. Join only if you are looking to end your carrier.
