After returning from maternity management do not co operate with the female employee and there is no benefit for them according to me there should be specific benefits a female employee should get like timing should not be the issue if the employee is working and completing the given work and sort of understanding should be there between the respective team leader and process leader which is missing in this organization over all i enjoyed working in this company when i was employee here.
