Employee benefits very worst for the example employee medical issuance not provided in the organitation and Casual Leave yearly 9 only given.Increment period April to April but Increment came November or December, Employee Transport speciality not given but only given for women's. Experience Candidate conformation period 1 year so loss of 6 month EL attanance benefits. Work wise all documents back date only going.

We can learn by doing experiment by our own thoughts. In my experience I felt personally this company is the best platform to learn and grow for the intermediate professionals.

Work life balance is so poor, Company culture is not good, Benefits for the employee is OK but not upto mark, welfare for the employee is also OK not upto mark.

Work culture is good, management side what employee need they will support and what need for of company they will support, company policies good. Who work hard they will be hero in the company why because management will be giving support to more.

Management believe many peoples but some of the people say always lie. Like that people also management believed.

The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,hight quality product. We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here... I like SG very much. My first company.
