Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Employees are working like labours. No learning, just degrade yourself. Salary increment is based on the hours that you have worked other than working hours. As my profile is Database Engineer but it feels like I am working on Call Centre and there is no concept of my profile. Atlast if you want to join the company then think atleast 10 times.

Overall I will say more than worse ever experience you will get in this company...no management...U will feel like working in a fish market..no skill development...no training for freshers...no guidance..no growth...all u will loose your knowledge as well.
