If I talk about dislikes of working here, it is the company does not provide Saturday off and working days are Monday to Saturday.

Working here from last 2 years and it’s been an Incredible journey at steadfast nutrition. As Steadfast Nutrition, the commitment to quality and innovation in supplements is inspiring and it feels great to be a part of a team dedicated to improving lives. If I talk about work environment is very positive and truly supportive from management which encourages personal growth and a passion for wellness. Also got chance to attend events like IHFF where I got a chance to interact with customer and helped me to understand them better. Till now I have learned so many things here and I’m very grateful for the same. Specially I want to thank Aman sir our founder who gave me this chance to work here.

I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which creates an environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. Flexible working hours and remote work options allow me to manage my personal and professional commitments effectively. As per the other reviews, yes there are strict protocols to follow, but if we take it in a positive way it is in the interest of each employee to avoid politics and conflicts. If you are good at your work with complete dedication, you will always be supported by the management.

Working at Steadfast Nutrition is a dream come true for me. I always wanted to dedicate myself to work in helping people stay healthy and Steadfast has provided me just that. The products provide quality nutrition and I use them everyday on my fitness journey - this gives me a great level of confidence while marketing them. Everyone in the team is provided with latest Apple laptops, and phones. Mr. Aman Sir leaves no stone unturned in helping the team to perform at their best potential selves. Therefore, one develops a tendency to work and grow better every single day. Super happy to work for something that aligns with my passion and purpose in life.
